Dominion Valley Homes and Condos for Sale
Dominion Valley is a gated master-planned community in Haymarket, Virginia that boasts a country club setting. Dominion Valley features a Golf Course designed by Arnold Palmer as well as many resort offerings and luxury homes. The community sits in the shadow of the Bull Run Mountains and is less than an hour from D.C. The community works toward continued growth and creating services and activities to maintain a luxurious lifestyle and sense of harmony. Construction began around 2,000 with a plan to have more than 3,000 homes built.
The private haven of Dominion Valley includes the golf club, which offers green fairways, challenging water hazards and mountain views. The club features a Clubhouse with a sports pavilion that offers tennis and a fitness center and both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Miles of recreational trails wind through the area. The Dominion Valley Market Square is a shopping plaza that has a supermarket as well as convenience businesses for Dominion Valley residents. Recreational offerings in the area include Silver Lake, the Waverly Club fitness center, various playing fields and meeting spaces. As part of the town of Haymarket, Dominion Valley residents can enjoy the historical offerings of the Haymarket Museum. The museum chronicles the history of Haymarket and the agricultural community surrounding it. Although much of the town was destroyed in the Civil War, the town rebuilt and some of the historical buildings have survived.
Dominion Valley real estate includes a variety of luxury homes styles within the gated community. Students are served by the Prince William County Public Schools.
